"I had a stroke, my stroke did not have me"
Gracie Doran
I was honored to be able to share my story of survival on a healthcare panel at the White House on September 9, 2016. My mission to advocate for Pediatric Stroke and disability awareness was highlighted on a panel with other survivors and advocates. Moderated by the Secretary of Health, I was the youngest person featured on all of the panels. Other panels featured the director of the National Institute of Health and many distinguished healthcare and government experts.
